Frequently asked questions from schools in Madrid
Is there a cost to the school?
On photo day, the school does not pay for the session: families choose and pay online for the products they want. The school also does not have to deal with paper forms or cash payments.
How is photo day organised?
The dates and the organisation of classes are agreed with the school. On the day, each pupil has a short individual session, and the group photos and staff portraits are taken. Afterwards, our team takes care of orders, payments, printing and support for families.
What does the school have to prepare?
We agree the dates and the order of classes with you. As a guide, with two photographers, a class having individual portraits and a group photo usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the arrangements agreed with the school. If it helps, we can provide templates for informing families, although they are optional.
How do families choose and pay?
Each family receives a private access link, has the flexibility to choose what they want and pays online, without the school having to manage orders or payments. If the school prefers, we can also provide prepared packs. Group photos and orlas are printed products; individual portraits may also include a digital download option. When can families see the photos?
Photographs are usually available to view and order online between 24 hours and four days after the session, depending on the school and the photographs taken. Individual portrait sessions can be ready in around 48 hours; sessions including group photographs generally take a little longer. We notify families when their photographs are available.
How do orders arrive?
It depends on how each school works. When the school offers delivery to the school, orders placed during the initial two-week ordering period arrive free of shipping costs in a single batch already sorted by class, usually by the end of the third week; the school only has to hand them out. When the school offers home delivery, families can have their order sent home, with tracking and a shipping charge, without the school being involved.
Can you prepare the photos for the school management system?
Yes, when the school needs it. We give the school access to a portal with all the images renamed with each pupil's ID number, so that the school itself can upload them in bulk to its management software (for example, iSAMS, Alexia or Educamos) instead of uploading them one by one.

Do you also produce orlas?
