How much does the service for the school cost?
On school photo day, the school does not pay for the session or for handling the orders. Families choose and pay online for what they want, so the school does not have to collect money or forms.
How is photo day organised at a school in Barcelona?
The dates and the order of classes are agreed with the school. On the day, each pupil has a short individual session, and the group photos and staff portraits are taken. Afterwards, our team takes care of orders, payments, printing and support for families.
What can families choose?
They receive a private link to see their children's photos, choose what they want, with no fixed packages, and pay online. Group photos and orlas are supplied as prints; individual portraits may also have a digital download option. You can see the process step by step in How it works.
How are orders delivered?
It depends on how each school works. If the school offers delivery to the school, orders placed during the initial two-week ordering period arrive free of shipping costs in a single batch sorted by class, usually by the end of the third week, and the school only has to hand them out. If the school offers home delivery, each family can have their order sent home, with tracking and a shipping charge, without the school having to be involved.
How long does photo day take for each class?
It depends on what is agreed with the school. As a guide, with two photographers, a class having individual portraits and a group photo is usually done in about 10 to 15 minutes. The order of classes is planned with the school around its timetable.
Can you prepare the photos for the school management system?
Yes, when the school needs it. We give the school access to a portal with the images renamed with each pupil's ID number, so that the school itself can upload them all at once to its management software (for example, iSAMS, Alexia or Educamos) instead of uploading them one by one.
