**Ordering and Payment

**Product Delivery
The products are shipped to the address indicated when placing the order.
Estimated deadlines:
* Home delivery**: Up to 14 working days after order confirmation.
* Delivery to schools**: Approximately 2 weeks after the order deadline.
We do not assume responsibility for delays due to external causes, such as logistical or weather-related incidents.
**Return Policy
We do not accept returns of technically correct products that do not meet personal expectations.

Personalised products, such as photos with names, are only refunded in case of proven technical failure.

The photographs are the property of FotoSmart or the respective photographer.
They may only be used for personal purposes. Copying, reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
